Origin and Development of Yoga Teaching, TK Sribhashyam (published in French, German, English, Italian, Greek and Spanish)
In the Vedic era, man, through the power of his concentration, obtained the vision of the Creator in the rituals he performed daily. The progressive decline of his abilities led him to develop certain techniques to support his spiritual journey. In the first part of Emergence of Yoga, Sri TK Sribhashyam presents them to us: the genesis of Dhârana-s, Prânâyâma-s, Âsana-s, as well as other specific techniques. Yoga allows all individuals, regardless of their beliefs, to develop their concentration and support their personal search. In the second part, Sri TK Sribhashyam describes each of these techniques, specifying their effects. Sample sessions indicate how to combine Dhârana-s, Prânâyâma-s, Mudra-s, and Âsana-s according to a clear progression. The numerous illustrations, notably by Sri T. Krishnamacharya, the father and master of Sri TK Sribhashyam, provide this work with exceptional insight into Yoga.

After this period, it will be returned to Editions Yogakshemam. To discover, to understand, to explore the most profound philosophy of Yoga comes from a tradition that varies throughout the centuries, without any modification in the transmission of a master to another and without embargo if it is adapted to the disciple that interests you. The reader will feel the privilege of moving forward with his father and his father in his journeys, or of traveling with the author to Orillas del Mar in Chennai when his father initiated the origins of Yoga. From here, T. Krishnamacharya approaches this topic in particular circumstances favorable to his noble tenor: we see, among other things, how the good disciple Brahma Rathi evolved into the great sabio Yājñyavalkya; as Yoga comes from the propio floor; how Yoga is a means to recover the power of contemplation; that the head can be an instrument to recognize the Creator of God; which are the foundations of the existence or concept of Prāṇa. Sin embargo, este libro habla de algo precioso, de una riqueza rarely exuesta: the origin of a science specifies that it is for object of our origin, our soul and our old age. The reason for this book is that it is necessary for the author to faithfully respect his letter. TKSribhashyam is the disciple and disciple of Sri T.Krishnamacharya. Ambos comes from a line in which the sword is transmitted for 20 generations without interruption. As TK Sribhashyam taught in 1956, this book offers the book that combines his experience with over 60 years of teaching; It’s a source of knowledge and it’s a genuine compendium of Yoga. Sri TKSribhashyam taught Yoga in France and Europe since 1970. He is the founder of the Yogakshemam school.
To discover, understand and apply the most profound philosophy of Yoga, which stems from a tradition that exists for several thousands of years, with no changes as it was handed down from one master to another, and yet always suited to the concerned disciple. The reader will feel privileged, having the impression that he is walking alongside the father and the son on their pilgrimages or sitting next to the author on the shore of the ocean at Chennai when he was initiated by his father into the origin of Yoga. For T. Krishnamacharya only spoke about it in special circumstances favorable to the noble nature of the subject: we learn among other things how the excellent disciple Brahma Rathi became the great sage Yājñyavalkya; how Yoga was received from the Sun; how Yoga is a way to recover our potential for contemplation; how the body can be an instrument to know the Creator or the God; what are the foundations of existence and the concept of Prāṇa. And at the same time this book speaks of one precious thing, of a wealth rarely revealed: the origin of a precise science which addresses itself to our body, our mind and our soul. The author's need to remain faithful to his heritage is the strength of this book. TK Sribhashyam is the son and disciple of Sri T. Krishnamacharya. Both come from a lineage in which knowledge has been transmitted for 20 generations without interruption. Since TK Sribhashyam himself began to teach in 1956, this book offers the treasure of his rich experience and of his nearly sixty years of professorship, and is a fount of knowledge and a genuine Yoga compendium. TK Sribhashyam teaches yoga in France and Europe since 1970. He is the founder of the Yoga Teachers' Training School, Yogakshemam.
